Potential for optimization in cement plants

The journey took 10 days, leading from the north along the east coast  to the south of the USA and back again.

The AUMUND (travel) Group team was committed to a common goal: On their inspection tour they wanted to find many contemporary technical legacies in the form of conveyor systems or storage technology that required a powerful boost in performance. In the end, the objects discovered in four states included bucket elevators and apron conveyors, but also different types of scrapers which offered a great deal of potential for optimization.

As a reward for so much effort in a short space of time, the AUMUND Group team arranged to have an NFL break in the evening at the Hard Rock Stadium. Here they were, live, as the Miami Dolphins celebrated their legendary 70:20 win against the Denver Broncos.
