On November 1st, and November 4th, 2024, AUMUND Asia had the opportunity to train two cement operation teams in Thailand and Indonesia. PREMAS 4.0 is the preventive and predictive maintenance solution for uninterrupted conveying operation by AUMUND.
The focus of the sessions:
- Understanding the functionality of PREMAS 4.0 system including clamping connection monitoring system and powertrain condition monitoring
- Interpreting dashboards to support daily operations and decision-making
PREMAS® 4.0 keeps AUMUND customers informed about the condition of their machines and components in real-time. This enables them to plan ahead, act quickly, and prevent potential problems, making it an indispensable tool for optimizing operations.
Both customers have been using PREMAS 4.0 for more than six months, providing an excellent foundation for diving deeper into the solution’s benefits and potential. A big thank you to our dedicated teams on-site and the participants for their engagement and insightful discussions!
